AEO ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC M&A PARTNERSHIP WITH NOVISTRA LTD
The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) is proud to announce its new strategic partnership with Novistra Ltd, a specialist in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory. The agreement, which commenced on 1st November 2024, positions Novistra Ltd as AEO’s exclusive mergers and acquisitions partner for an initial term of 12 months. The advisory firm will leverage its extensive experience and industry-specific expertise to support AEO members with bespoke M&A services, providing invaluable insights into growth opportunities, acquisitions, and restructuring.
