AEO FORUMS 2025 LAUNCHES: COLLABORATE TO INNOVATE

The Association of Event Organisers (AEO), is thrilled to announce the return of the AEO Forums in association with headline sponsors Aztec Event Services and Whitespace Group, taking place on Friday, 7th February 2025, at the Business Design Centre (BDC), London.

The AEO Forums is a cornerstone event for professionals in marketing, operations, and sales; and for the last 10 years has been hosted by the BDC. This year’s theme, “collaborate to innovate,” captures the energy and ambition of the events industry. With momentum high, now is the ideal time to explore fresh ideas and embrace new ways of working that drive sustainable growth. By coming together, we can ignite innovation and prepare to thrive—because together is better.

The AEO Forums offer attendees a unique opportunity to network, share experiences, gain actionable insights, and gear up for a successful year ahead.

Once again, the event will feature expert-led streams across marketing, operations, and sales, guided by esteemed AEO members and industry leaders:

  • Chloe Monina, marketing director at Professional Beauty: chairing the marketing stream
  • Miriam Sigler, operations director at Ways & Means: chairing the operations stream
  • Philippa Christer, portfolio director at Montgomery Group: chairing the sales stream

Each programme will delve into key topics shaping the future of events, from data and visitor experience to AI, creativity, leadership, and closing deals.
