With over two decades of experience in the event management industry, including 18 years at RX UK, where she is is currently the Operations Director,  Jen oversees a diverse portfolio of trade and consumer shows spanning Europe, UAE and Asia.

Jen's expertise in managing the multifaceted security needs of these events is wide ranging.   From counter-terrorism strategies to safeguarding measures, close protection protocols to crowd management, and addressing challenges ranging from lost children to handling protestors, every event needs a tailored and unique security plan to ensure it provides a safe and secure environment for our customers.

Jen is the current chair of the AEO International Operations Group and is a member of the Multi Association Security Awareness Group.
