Neil Felton joined FESPA as Managing Director in 2011. Since then, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, experiencing remarkable growth and he has been instrumental in the launch of four new regional FESPA shows across the globe. Neil was promoted to the position of CEO in 2013.

Prior to joining FESPA, Neil held a variety of senior exhibition roles, culminating as Executive Director at William Reed, where he presided over three-fold growth in event revenues from his division.

Neil graduated from Thames Valley University with a degree in Modern European Studies. He speaks fluent German.
