The Opportunity:

With strong growth plans across the digital side of our Gaming business, we are now looking for an exceptional Growth Manager to join our ambition team to help shape and drive this commercial growth. You will be joining an established, growing and key supplier in a very lucrative, ever evolving, highly sociable and exciting industry. Furthermore, you will be joining a business owned by Blackstone, one of the world’s leading global investment businesses. 

We are proud of our portfolio of market leading events and a suite of digital marketing services that sit under three core brands: ICE (International Casino Exhibition), iGB (iGaming Business) and iGBA (iGB Affiliate).  IGBA London attracts over 7,000 attendees annually and is the largest trade show within the affiliate sector of iGaming. This is supported by IGBAffiliate.com and a suite of marketing services across our digital channels, but we are not resting on our laurels, whether this is developing our current product set or launching new brands, we are constantly striving to be better to deliver the best experience possible for our customers.

This unique 360 role will work across both the Sales and Customer Success functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by developing deeper relationships with existing customers, understanding their objectives, and increasing year-over-year retention and customer spend.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting high standards to foster repeat business.
  • Implement strategies to drive digital media sales, incorporating live event stands and sponsorships as part of year-round touchpoints.
  • Identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities, ensuring business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pacing reports to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance data, making adjustments to optimize success and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to align strategies for customer growth and retention.
  • Foster a strong understanding of the gaming industry, staying updated on trends and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Proven experience in digital media sales, customer success, or account management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong B2B marketing and advertising acumen, with the ability to educate customers and guide them through digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in high-level conversations and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of developing and selling comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including live event components.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach, always looking to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and customer relationships effectively.
  • Solid networking ability, particularly in face-to-face settings, to foster strong professional connections and drive business opportunities.
