The Opportunity:

Clarion Gaming Digital are a market-leading media and marketing services provider. We work hand in hand with our Clarion Events team, who organise the largest B2B Global Gaming event, ICE London.

Our leading digital media site, igamingbusiness.com, is the leading B2B website in the sector and we have exciting yet ambitious plans to scale our existing Gaming digital business model, and diversify into other digital media products within the B2B Gaming space.

We have spent the last year investing significantly in building out a fit for purpose operating model, including building a new team and technology stack. Now we are ready to take our growth to the next level, and are looking for committed and talented individuals to drive that journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall pipeline of client projects, ensuring effective planning and allocation of delivery resources to meet client deadlines and objectives.
  • Lead and run kick-off processes with clients, ensuring clear communication of objectives and appropriate resource allocation.
  • Oversee a team of customer success resources, ensuring they are trained to drive project success and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date data on clients and progress tracking within our delivery system.
  • Act as a strong foundation for our delivery, building and managing relationships, and ensuring all aspects of delivery run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Focus on the delivery of marketing services, from single product campaigns to complex multi-product campaigns over varying timelines.
  • Support leadership with broader business objectives, setting departmental plans, driving required business behaviours, and contributing to strategy development.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage a team effectively.
  • Proven experience within Media or Agency with a strong understanding or interest in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on planning, organisation, and resource allocation.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities to maintain and grow client and internal team relationships.
  • Sharp focus on customer objectives and outcomes, prioritizing efforts and resources accordingly.
  • Energetic and proactive approach, driving success and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage and track data effectively, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-growing industry with high demand for products and services.
