The Opportunity:

Are you results-driven with a passion for sales and an innate affinity for the exhibitions industry? Are you excited by the opportunity to grow events across multiple sectors and locations?

If so, we want to hear from you!

As the Head of Pavilion Partnerships, you'll spearhead building and driving an International network of sales agents. You will work together with some of the company's most experienced event teams across International offices.

Your strategic vision and leadership will broaden the global reach of the company, expanding their pavilion organisers across sectors and territories, ultimately taking their portfolios' performances to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and effectively manage an international network of sales agents to successfully sell new international exhibitors into various event portfolios.
  • Be responsible for new global pavilion organizers, including government bodies, across multiple sectors and territories.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on sector coverage analysis and critical sales paths across applicable events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of agents and pavilion organizers to ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Possess commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Be resilient and adaptable to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, with previous direct experience working for an exhibition organiser.
  • Having a relevant international network is a plus.
