Clarion Gaming are looking for the event industry’s next rising star to join our team in delivering a portfolio of world class exhibitions which serve as the number one global platform for the gaming world to do business. Watch what we do create here.

Join our live events Operations team as we deliver a vibrant B2B portfolio that showcases the tech innovation in the Gaming industry. You will be joining at an exciting time as we are preparing to move our flagship shows ICE and iGB Affiliate to Barcelona for the very first time. Olé!

The role of the Operations team is to bring the show to life and as our Operations Assistant you will be assigned a variety of tasks to help contribute towards doing that. Collaborating with the wider Operations team as well as the other Clarion Gaming departments, you will learn who our customers are, what they expect and what we do to try and surpass their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the management of our customer fulfilment records (SpEx master). Ensuring that any new entries or changes are correctly logged and reflected in our associated web- based platforms (eZone and Manual)
  • Liaising with external parties to ensure they have the latest and more accurate records.
  • Leading floorplan and SpEx master audits alongside the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Liaising with clients and partner associations to ensure their participation requirements will be met.
  • Undertaking supplier or venue research based on briefs from the wider team.
  • Designing and ordering branded merchandise and team clobber.
  • Supporting our Marketing team with the setup of the official event Apps.
  • Ensuring all amendments and updates are made to the Exhibitor Technical Manual and Contractor Zone are made in a timely fashion.
  • Owning the setting-up and distribution of onsite resources, WhatsApp chats & staff handbook.
  • Drafting official customer and contractor notices/announcements to be distributed onsite at the events.
  • Supporting the Operations Executives with preparing international freight shipments.
  • Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day admin such as supplier setup and the raising of POs.
  • Proactively completing ad-hoc tasks assigned to you by the Head of Operations.
  • Contributing to the Operations team meeting their strategic objectives for the events.
