DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organisational management Key responsibilities

Successfully plan and manage operational and logistical elements.

Contribute to, operational event budgets on a day-to-day basis with your team,
keeping costs firmly under control and helping to achieve for best cost and profit
targets.

Support the sales team on operational and logistical requirements pertaining to
sponsorship across the portfolio, including obtaining competitive quotes and managing suppliers for the excellent operational delivery of sponsorship agreements.

Manage floorplan layouts with the relevant sales personnel ensuring they are correct according to all venue.

Ensure effective control and monitoring of health and safety standards across the portfolio, constantly pushing to ensure best practice standards being met.

Continually provide the best possible customer service for our customers and stakeholders.

Assist with the operational management of features on-site.

Communicate and managing key contractors.

Established experience within Operations, working on outdoor Exhibitions ideally consumer events,

An aptitude for problem-solving

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment

Ability to multi-task and remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities.

Excellent time management skills.
