Best thing about working at AEO: Having just started on my AEO journey, it has undoubtedly been the team who have made me feel so welcome and talked about the work they do, their members, partners and sponsors with such passion and enthusiasm that I feel enormously privileged to be joining them!

Best thing about working at AEO: The people; it’s a really lovely, caring, bright and hard working team. Lots to do, but I do feel fortunate and the flexibility really helps too

Best thing about working at AEO: It was slightly overwhelming going to the AEO Conference on day 2 of starting the role but everyone was so helpful and made me feel at ease.

As part of our commitment to you and each other, every team member has successfully completed their Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training. This training covers a number of areas including how to recognise signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support, and how to refer individuals to appropriate resources and professional help.
